I sold these sweet buyers their first Nags Head beach house in 2014. We kept in touch over the years, and they just closed on their 2nd Village at Nags Head house 10 years later!
I also represented the buyer and seller on a fixer upper in Southern Shores + cannot wait to see both of these homes get a total makeover!
