JUST SOLD in Duck, NC on the Soundfront!

This charming soundfront was owned by two sisters who inherited the property from their parents who had been coming to Duck since the early 70’s.  It was a bittersweet sale, and since it takes ‘one to buy and two to sell’, if you are married in NC, we had 4 sellers involved.

An extended closing date and Airbnb rental transfer can make things a little more challenging, so I tried to help my sellers navigate the process with ease.  Their glowing 5 Star reviews and sweet gift basket made all the hard work on this one worthwhile, and I know the new owners will love the property just as much as they did over the years!
