2024 Coldwell Banker Seaside Awards

2024 was one of my personal best years after 18 years in the biz … and we were the KH Team of the Year for the 4th year in a row!

One of my listings/sales was from a cold call I made to a seller back in 2008 … That seller had no reason to hire me back then other than he could tell I did not give up easily.  We have done multiple deals together over the years, and he is just one of the many sellers who took a chance on me years ago (when the market was tanking and I was watching YouTube videos to learn how to do a short sale) and helped me grow my business to what it is today. So thankful for my clients / friends / family support over the years!

So proud of our team + 2025 is looking good so far.
